ELIGIBILITY: The Prom Redux: Best (Worst) Prom Photo Contest (“Contest”) is open only to persons who, as of date of the event – May 30, 2015 – are at least 21 years of age or older.
HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER: Contest begins at 10:00AM MST on Thursday, April 9, 2015 and ends Friday, May 15, 2015 at 11:59 AM MST. One (1) photo entry per person. Submissions must be made through the official contest page.
Photo Submission Restrictions: By submitting a photo (“Submission”), each Entrant (i) warrants that it is an original photo owned by the Entrant; and (ii) grants Sponsor and its designees the perpetual, unlimited, non-exclusive, worldwide and irrevocable right to modify, create derivative works of, edit, post, publish and/or otherwise use the Submission and all elements embodied therein, including any names and likenesses provided in the Facebook, Twitter or Instagram site, in any manner and in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, without compensation, notification or permission, without limitation as to manner, frequency or duration of use, including, without limitation, in advertising, promotion and on the Internet. A Submission must: (1) be a photo including the Entrant; (2) be a .jpg, .gif, or .jpeg file format submitted through the official contest page (3) be non-confidential; (4) have been legally created; (5) not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other legal or moral rights of any person or entity; (6) and not be obscene, lewd, inappropriate, violent or not in keeping with Sponsor’s (National Kidney Foundation of Arizona) image (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Submissions that do not meet the submission criteria set forth above, contain prohibited content, and/or are otherwise deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate or obscene or not in keeping with Sponsor’s image will not appear on the Website. Sponsor will have no obligation to post or otherwise use any Submission.
Entrant agrees that Sponsor shall not have any liability to entrant for any direct, indirect, contributory, vicarious, secondary or other infringement or protection of any copyright in or to entrant’s Submission. Sponsor has the right to review all Submissions and all Submissions may be posted on the Website, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. By making a Submission, entrant hereby grants permission for the Submission to be posted on the Website or other Sponsor websites and otherwise used by Sponsor in accordance with the grant of rights set forth above. Entrant agrees that Sponsor and Facebook, Twitter or Instagram are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Submissions by third parties. Sponsor does not guarantee the posting of any Submission and may cease display of any Submission for any reason at any time. E-mail information collected may be used for promotional marketing specifically and only as it relates to Sponsor offers.
PRIZE AND CONDITIONS FOR AWARDING PRIZE: Winner must meet all eligibility requirements. In the event the Winner is deemed ineligible, or is not available to claim prize during specified dates, then second runner-up winner will be determined from the online votes from eligible Entries received, time permitting.
PRIZE: Two (2) General Admission tickets to Prom Redux: A Night in Paris on May 30, 2015 and two (2) tickets to Prom Redux: After-Party on May 30, 2015; both events held at the Omni Resort & Spa at Montelucia. Details on the event can be found at www.PromRedux.org. Total value of prize: $450.00. Both attendees utilizing Winner Tickets must be 21 years or older in age by date of the event.
All Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed by Prize Winner.
PRIZE DRAWING: A winner will be selected on May 15, 2015 at approximately 12:00 noon MST. Winner will be notified by email and on the contest page on May 15, 2015. Winner must meet the age requirement of 21 or older; Winner must claim prize within five (5) days from date of notice, or the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. By accepting the Prize, Winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules.
ODDS: Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible photo entries received during the Promotion Period.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: By entering, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor (National Kidney Foundation of Arizona) may contact you regarding your Entry, Submission, for future promotional offers and that Sponsor may use Entrant’s name and photograph, including the Submission, on the Website and in advertising and promotion for Sponsor without compensation, credit or right of review or approval. Acceptance of any Prize constitutes Winner’s consent to use, publish, and reproduce for all purposes, including publicity, promotion and advertising, in any media (including online and offline), the Winner’s name, photograph, or likeness, and Submission in perpetuity without compensation, credit or right of review or approval.
WINNER LIST: The winning entry name will be found on the official Contest page on May 15, 2015.
