Connect with others in a similar situation. All patients who are waitlisted or post kidney, pancreas, or liver transplants and their caregivers are welcome to attend.

TRANSPLANT COMMUNITY ALLIANCE
Support group meetings are online via Zoom using a computer, phone, or tablet, and anyone is welcome - recipient or family member.
Meetings are Thursdays at 7:00PM. The first Thursday of each month is kidney-focused.
During meetings, participants share stories, talk about issues, and have a conversation about transplant life, good, bad, and ugly! Always facilitated by a licensed social worker. Meetings can be Closed Captioned for the hearing impaired if requested.

The Renal Support Network (RSN) is a non-profit, patient –focused, patient-run agency that provides non-medical services to those affected by chronic kidney disease (CKD). RSN strives to help patients develop their personal coping skills, special talents, and employability by educating and empowering them (and their family members) to take control of the course and management of the disease.
